Beau Crow
President & CEO

Beau was born and raised in the plumbing world and continues his family legacy passed onto him by his father and grandfather. Beau created AGP with a dream and a note pad. With his vast amount of sales experience, along with having spent four years with a local plumbing wholesaler learning the trade and decades of family cultivation, Beau brought AGP to life. Add to that over four years as the San Diego Market Manager for a rep agency working closely with property managers and large-scale builders such as Pardee Homes, William Lyon Homes, and Colrich specifying large known brands such as Rheem, Delta, Brass Craft, and many more. Beau has very strong family values and loves nothing more than working hard and spending down time with his son and family.

Martha Crow

Martha brings 12 years of experience in the property management industry. She is well-versed in Property Management software systems such as Yardi, Meld, AppFolio, and many others. Martha holds many certifications such as CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) and CRHP (Certified Rental Housing Provider). In addition she holds real estate licenses in multiple states. Bringing her unique experience to the plumbing world, she has the inside knowledge of what property managers are looking for. Her experience in unit flips and property management standards makes AGP stronger and more efficient.

Jami Nelson

Jami was raised here in beautiful San Diego and has over 10 years in diverse management roles. She prides herself on being driven, efficient and enjoying what she does every day. Her adaptive background has given her a wide range of knowledge across multiple fields, which has streamlined operating efficiency and allows customer service to be our number one focus. When she is not in the office supporting our team and prioritizing our customers, she puts all her efforts and focus into spending time with her husband and four kids enjoying all our city has to offer.
